Qualifications

• To qualify, you need an associate degree from an accredited PTA program, an active New Jersey PTA license, and current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation and strong communication skills are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training for patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress and educate patients and caregivers on home exercises.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support patient mobility and recovery.
