Qualifications

• Active State License.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness to improve mobility, comfort, and activity levels under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Utilize EMR systems such as Nethealth/PCC for documentation and care coordination.
• Contribute to patient care across a 13-week assignment, working 40 hours weekly, typically during an 8-hour shift.
