Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a Griffin, GA assignment. You will work with patients recovering from injuries under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

This role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a 13-week contract starting 09/25/2026, with full travel benefits and housing assistance. Qualified candidates hold an associate degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, CPR/BLS, and reliable transportation to fulfill home

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance.
• Familiar with general computer use and online HR services and training programs.
