Job summary

CoreMedical Group seeks a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week LTC/SNF assignment in Holmdel, New Jersey. This role requires 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift, with travel pay and housing support available through CoreMedical Group.

As a PTA in a dynamic travel program, you’ll deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help patients regain function in a skilled nursing setting. Contract extensions may be offered based on performance and needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) required or eligible for licensure in NJ.
• Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Travel therapy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services in a LTC/SNF environment.
• Collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
