Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Monroe, New Jersey. You will support patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better and stay active under the licensed PT's supervision.

The role is 40 hours per week, dayshift 8 hours, Start date 09/28/2026, with SNF setting and travel benefits including housing reimbursement and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, ADL training, and mobility assistance preferred.
• Ability to follow PT-directed plans of care and document per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support patients to improve movement and maintain activity.
• Document patient progress according to facility policy.
