Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Garrison, Texas. You will work 40 hours per week in a Skilled Nursing Facility, assisting patients under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in SNF settings to improve mobility and functional independence.
• Document patient progress and assist with care planning.
