Qualifications

• PTA license or eligibility to practice in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused therapy services in an LTC/SNF environment.
• Assist PTs with treatment plans and documentation as required.
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care during sessions.
