Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under physician orders and supervision of a Licensed PT.
• Implement and modify the patient’s PT plan of treatment under supervision of a Licensed PT.
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities
