Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Greenwich, Connecticut. This contract role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour daytime shifts, and an ASAP start for a 13-week assignment in a SNF/LTC setting.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree, active or pending PTA licensure, and CPR certification, and will deliver skilled PT services under PT supervision while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate's degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under physician orders and supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify patient treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
