Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a travel assignment in Salinas, California. The position is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and immediate Start Date (ASAP).

This SNF/LTC setting requires an experienced or newly graduated PTA to join the team. Requirements include an Associate degree, current PTA license (or in process), and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate's degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or actively in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under physician orders and PT supervision.
• Implement and modify the patient's PT plan of treatment under PT supervision.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
