The position requires an Associates degree, active PTA licensure or active application, CPR certification, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services under physician orders and supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the PT plan of treatment under supervision of a PT.
• Effectively collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients goals.
