Job summary

National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist Assistant to join our amazing team in Spencer, Iowa. This 13-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and an ASAP start.

You’ll work Monday through Friday on a travel basis, providing high-quality patient care across a SNF setting. Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree, PTA license in the state of practice, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school.
• Physical Therapist Assistant license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists Physical Therapists in directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance.
• Facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity.
• Diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health.
