Job summary

Vibra Travels is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Elk City, Oklahoma. The role requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, and travel-ready flexibility to cover hospital or rehab settings.

We seek dependable, detail-focused travelers with PTA experience in inpatient environments. Current PTA licensure, valid driver's license, and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid PTA license in the state of employment required.
• Minimum of two years PTA experience in hospital, rehab, skilled nursing, or outpatient settings.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current, valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel using public air and ground transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and mobility activities.
• Document care and maintain EMR records according to standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and rehabilitation team.
• Work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
