Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience is required. DC license and BLS are mandatory, with locals within 60 miles accepted at a lower rate. Referral/extension bonuses are offered along with standard benefits.

• OASIS/Homecare Homebase experience is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
