National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The assignment spans 13 weeks with a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, starting ASAP.

The PTA will assist therapists, guide patient participation in rehabilitation activities, and support health maintenance. Candidates should have an associate degree, an active PTA license in the state, and a current BLS certification; Day One Medical Benefits

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited school.
• Physical Therapist Assistant license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists Physical Therapists in directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance
• Facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity
• Diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health

Education
