Medical Talent is seeking a Travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Newport, Arkansas. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week on dayshift, under PT supervision to restore mobility and independence for patients.

Responsibilities include delivering PT plan interventions, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and communicating status to the supervising PT while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions per PT plan of care.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Assist with patient education and home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status to supervising PT.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
