Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Physical Therapy Assistant certification required.
• CPR (Basic) required.
• Flu documentation required.
• Information Security Compliance Form required.
• Orientation - Review Annually required.
• Signed Job Description required.
• Completed Orientation Documents required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients recover and regain movement and activity.
• Travel assignment with 40 hours per week.
• Work 8-hour shifts.
• Provide PTA duties in Sherwood, Arkansas.
