Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for Sullivan, Missouri. We offer a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with day shifts and travel pay. Beginning 10/26/2026 with 1 year of experience preferred; six months may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with state license.
• 1+ year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification required; ABPTS or state-specific licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill per setting guidelines and facility requirements.
• Comply with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Coordinate with Medical Center staff and physicians for plan of care.
• Evaluate patients and create a plan of care; modify as needed.
• Maintain documentation per state and insurance guidelines.
