Job summary

TNAA TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Waterville, Maine. The position offers 40 hours per week, with a typical 8-hour day and day shifts.

Start date is 12/01/2026, and prior experience of about 1 year is preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional backgrounds. Responsibilities include supervising PTAs, performing patient assessments, planning and adjusting care, and ensuring accurate documentation per state and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• Active physical therapy license for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill and document within the facility guidelines.
• Develop and adjust plan of care with physician input.
• Communicate with Medical Center staff to coordinate care.
