Fusion Medical Staffing‑Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in St. Joseph, MO. The role requires a valid PT license, BLS, and strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating patients across hospital and rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and histories to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using PT techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and self-management strategies.
