Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Bluefield, West Virginia. The PT will evaluate and treat patients in hospital, clinic, and rehab settings, developing personalized plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Requires WV license and current BLS certification; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred. Full-time travel role with comprehensive benefits and a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of WV or equivalent.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
