The role requires CA PT license, BLS, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel; weekend coverage may be required and you will collaborate with patients to improve mobility and function.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance/registration.
• Annual TB test and required vaccinations.
• Recent drug screening and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to SNF patients to improve mobility and function.
• Complete visits and documentation per visit with travel time.
• Possible weekend coverage; travel outside service area as needed.
• Work with COVID-positive and PUI patients as required.
