Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to SNF patients at Effingham, IL facilities.
• May float to other Skilled Nursing Facilities as needed.
• Support patients in recovery and management of chronic conditions through targeted therapy plans.
