Job summary

National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in St. Charles, Minnesota. This 13-week role requires 40 hours per week with days shifts, starting ASAP to support a skilled nursing facility team.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and guide exercises while maintaining records; you may also provide stimulation or massage as part of care, with Day One medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ condition(s), developing individual treatment plans, and assisting your patients in getting better day by day
• Instructing patients how to properly use exercise techniques, providing stimulation or massage and maintaining the patients’ records

PT license
