Job summary

Blue United Sourcing LLC in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility. The position pays $60–$65 per hour and requires 36 hours per week with ASAP start and potential for permanent placement.

Candidates must have an active California PT license, be a graduate of an accredited PT program, and be able to float to a nearby sister facility if needed. SNF or geriatric experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients.
• Accurately document treatments, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient mobility and functional outcomes.
