Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist in Danvers, Massachusetts. This 13-week travel assignment offers 40 hours per week in an SNF setting, with a standard 8-hour shift and comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to support patient recovery and mobility. Active PT license in good standing, degree from an accredited program, and BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in SNF settings to evaluate and treat patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to optimize patient progress and mobility.
