Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Gainesville, FL. The position is a day shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in a skilled nursing facility with about 30 beds and a staff of 22.

Requirements include a current Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and a minimum of two years of PT experience. Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapy license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience.
• Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Provide gait training, therapeutic exercise and functional training.
• Educate families and document progress in Meditech.
• Work independently in a fast-paced inpatient setting.
