Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a Sayville, NY assignment. The role is 40 hours per week, days, for 13 weeks, starting 10/26/2026 with housing and credentialing support.

Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's and NPTE, accredited school graduation, at least 1 year of experience, active state PT licensure, and CPR certification. Travel duties include direct patient care and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
