Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The position requires 40 hours per week for 26 weeks, with dayshift schedules and an 8-hour shift.

The candidate must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE, be licensed or actively pursuing licensure, and have CPR certification. Travel credentials and housing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic and achievable goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develops plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
