Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Carrollton, Texas. This 13‑week travel assignment provides 40 hours per week, starting 10/05/2026, with days shifts in a clinic setting focused on evaluation and goal‑driven treatment.

You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate on safety and community reintegration while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required.
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience is required.
• CPR certification and valid state licensure are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor progress toward discharge.
• Educate patients and ensure safety within a multidisciplinary team.
• Document evaluations and care in medical records per regulatory standards.
• Supervise students and participate in professional development and CE.
• Provide care under physician orders and insurance approvals as needed.
