Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Arvada, CO, in an outpatient setting. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and support safe return to community activities.

Schedule is days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, for 13 weeks. Requirements include a PT degree from an accredited school, CPR certification, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPR certification.

• Active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
