The role requires an active AZ PT license, at least 1 year of PT experience, and BLS (AHA) if required by facility. Ideal candidates are adaptable and collaborative with care teams.

Qualifications

• Active AZ Physical Therapist license.
• At least 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• BLS certification (AHA) if required by facility.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatments.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support patient mobility, recovery and functional outcomes.
