Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, documenting care, and collaborating with the health care team. Active MO PT license and at least 1 year of PT experience required; Start date 10/26/2026.

Qualifications

• Active MO Physical Therapist license is required.
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience.
• BLS certification may be required by facility.
• Strong communication and patient care skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patient mobility, recovery, and functional outcomes
