Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Meridian, MS. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, with travel-friendly pay and full benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients in hospitals, clinics, or rehab settings, delivering evidence-based care and advancing mobility and function. Applicants must hold a current physical therapy license and BLS, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment need
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
