Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Minimum one year's experience in physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in the process of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals.
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to plan and evaluate goals.
