Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
• AHA certifications required
• Active and unencumbered state license required
• License required if applicable
• Active Nursys/licensure status required at time of consideration
• Social security number and date of birth required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting within a 50-bed facility
• Treats patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• 12-week assignment with day shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend shifts available on request
• Facility is CARF-accredited for its Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program
• Facility is accredited by The Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment
