Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at Clark Fork Valley Hospital in Plains, Montana.

This opportunity offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient physical therapy, ideal for a therapist who enjoys variety and working in a smaller community hospital environment. Start date is 11/23/2026 with 35 guaranteed hours per week and 8-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of PT experience.
• Active Montana Physical Therapist license.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Comfortable treating patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8-hour days.
• Guarantee 35 hours per week, 34–40 hours actual.
• No on-call requirement.
• 13-week travel assignment.
