Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Yuma, Arizona. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, on a days shift, and includes travel reimbursement and housing options.

The candidate must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a BPT with NPTE, be licensed or in the licensure process, and have at least 1 year of experience. CPR is required. This is a travel position with top healthcare client facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
