The ideal candidate holds an active FL PT license, has at least 1 year of PT experience, and possesses BLS. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a healthcare team in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• BLS certification is required where facilities mandate it.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support patient mobility, recovery, and functional outcomes.
