Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Boulder, Colorado, delivering PT care 40 hours per week. You'll experience temporary relocation while helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• SNF experience required
• NetHealth experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in travel assignments across diverse facilities.
• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with facility staff and other therapists to implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
