Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Bellevue, Washington. The assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with days shift.

Immediate opening in Bellevue, WA, requiring 6 months of experience (or 6 months for exceptional candidates) and BLS plus state licensure. As a PT, you will evaluate and develop a plan of care, supervise PTAs, and collaborate with physicians to ensure a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.
• PTs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and evaluate and create a plan of care; modify plan of care as indicated.
