Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Battle Creek, MI. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with impairments, developing personalized plans and coordinating with a clinical team. 40 hours weekly, 8-hour days.

The role requires a valid PT license, current BLS certification, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; travel experience is a plus and grants a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Physical Therapy experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
