Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment in Albuquerque, NM. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Requirements include an active Physical Therapy license and current BLS. Preference for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with new grads welcome to apply and travel benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Additional licenses or certifications may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer PT treatments and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in patient medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
