Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercises and body mechanics.
• Ensure infection control and safety during therapy sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and QA initiatives.
• Assist in discharge planning for smooth transitions.
