Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Camarillo, California. This role requires an active physical therapy license, a Doctoral/Master's/Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, and BLS may be required.

You will work 40 hours per week in outpatient settings, providing evaluation, treatment, and progress documentation. Travel benefits include housing assistance, licensure reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services to patients in accordance with physician referral and clinical guidelines.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Document progress and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
