American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Newton, Massachusetts. The role is 40 hours per week, dayshift, serving patients in their homes across the North Region with an active MA PT license and at least 1 year of home health experience.

The position requires collaboration with patients, families and physicians, and documentation in Epic. Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston; weekend rotation

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience required.
• AHA-only certifications accepted.
• MA Conditional licenses are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy services to patients in their residences.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain thorough and timely electronic documentation per agency policies; use Epic for charting.
