Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Whispering Pines, North Carolina. This assignment is in a Skilled Nursing Facility with an immediate start and offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence. Prior SNF experience and a current NC PT license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
