Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Margate, FL. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with the care team to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Active license and credentialing as required by the site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Maintain safe environment and document progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home programs and self-management.
