Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Maintained licensure in good standing with state agency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans.
• Document patient care clearly and timely per guidelines.
• Ensure care follows physician orders and insurance approvals.
• Supervise and support students and learners.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and CE activities.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts and maintain licensure.
• Participate in performance improvement and provide feedback.
