Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Skilled nursing facility experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various facilities while traveling.
• Assess and develop treatment plans for injuries and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
